New York, NY… In one big plasma, all of former President, Donald J. Trump’s cases are cumulating into one gigantic correlation that seeming is not going away no time soon and Trump is on the hunt. Recently, one of Trump’s Mara la go case has apparently been taken up by America First Legal. America First legal, subsequently is stating and irascibly arguing that they work for the Government, (This nation) but in rebuttal, are they really? In the case regarding Trump removing documents, the unequivocal answer is no. None the less, they’re going to bat for Trump.
The first move, America First Legal and Trump requested information through the Freedom of Information Act; to get insight on former President Barack Obama’s PITC Network (President Information Technology Committee), a creation by the Obama Administration due to Russian hacking into the nation’s Top Secret Internal and external affairs during his tenor has President. After the hacking the Obama Administration created PITC, comprised of several departments including the Department of Defense, Homeland Security, the Justice Department, FBI, CIA and other critical agencies involving securing the nation.
Currently, Special Council Prosecutor, Jack Smith and the Government, (We the people)…accusations are that Trump took hundreds of classified documents belonging to the people of this nation to Mar-a-Lago, where they were inadequately stored and may have been tampered with and mishandled…America First Legal, is arguing that if the information stored on the PITC Network, is what Jack Smith used to indict Trump, then the information should’ve been given to him because said information might be relevant to his liability.
Furthermore, AFL is arguing that PITC’s memo establishes the President’s executive control over information, resources and systems, provided to the President and that the memo gives Trump a reasonable belief that he had authority over all information received…and that if documents destroyed by Trump still exist on the PITC Network, then other claims maybe baseless.
In other words, AFL is contending that because the Obama Administration created PITC Network, due to Russian’s hacking, to secure Top Secret Information… internal and external affairs, of this nation by top agencies to protect the nation and put said top secret documents at his finger tips and had exclusive authority over them while residing has President at the White House, then Trump because he is a former President, should also have exclusive executive control over all top secret documents and other documents as well. Key words, (While they were in Office and was President).
Here is this editorial argument on the matter. First of all, Obama did not remove no top-secret documents from the White House when his tenor was up and he left the White House, (the people’s house). When Obama created PITC, it was done to secure the nation’s data and wire grid and to gather assessments on where critical security information was and where the country was situated on a hold at any given moment in case Russia had picked upon anything we were doing, have done or in the process of getting done. Obama would have been up to date on the country ‘s data and surely other damming assessments in case of war. Remember, Obama was trying intensely hard conquer to what some were saying. He would have succeeded if, his feet weren’t holden to the fire by Republicans. Could he have done much much better, of course given the chance or better data, especially with the Muammar Gaddafi situation. Obama was one of our best Presidents.
Trump on the other hand, could’ve gotten all that information he needed on all the same information while he was in the White House. He could have reviewed them there and given up to speed data information on them and get even further up to date intelligences there as well. He did not care too much about that.
The danger the nation face is Trump was very cozy with the Kremlin and Vladimir Putin while he was in the White House and still today, has an indicted criminal. While in Office he called on Russia to investigate former First Ladey Hilary Clinton’s emails and did not shy away from bewitching her has Secretary of State, of the United States. Trump also did the business of giving birth to right-wing, copy catchers all over the world. And ran up the nation’s Travel Office Budget, to trillions of dollars.
In addition, Trump taking of top-secret documents out of the White House, to Mar-a-Lago without securing them, is a security breach of this nation. Further, he had no security safety storage and had all kinds of people, coming in and out of Mar-a-Lago, for which some of them could have been spies. To make matters worse, the hundreds of boxes of documents he took from the White House, we had to asked how many was read, retyped and copied and put back in place? more troubling, he was no longer the President of the free world, what was he looking and searching for.? Trump never cared about this country or cared about keeping the country safe. He never listened to his handlers; he didn’t read any critical documents to secure the people, he did not take notes. So, was he ceremoniously looking for documents on himself, info on others, info he could use as barging chips, to keep himself out of jail for what he knew was coming; or was he searching for information to give Putin on a certain impending war. Pick your choice.
To ingeminate, Trump is no longer in Office… what does he want with these documents.? Again, he did not take any notes. Donald Trump could not be out of his mind and think or reasonably believe that he had absolute executive authority over these documents clearly marked Top Secret and is DM for the nation when he knows, he is fully engaged in under-minding the country. Who was going to give him sensitive material to use against the nation, people in Government and more sinister, against our allies, unless of course he has gone loco. Trump is on the hunt, on a mission to find something anything to do something. The trillion-dollar question is, what was Trump looking for and why.???
The latter question is what America First Legal, should focus on and find out, if they really want to help the country and get at the truth. The egregious and last question is… Is America First Legal, knowing who Trump truly is and what we all know about him…asking the American people to trust Donald Trump.? What! January 6, 2021, did not teach or tell us anything? seriously.
