Secret Service Upper Management
What’s Going On!
“Are we all missing something, why would the upper management of the Secret Service, allow what’s going on across the board of the agency to escalate? Does the agency have a beef with this President, or pass Presidents”

Ok, let me be fair here, majority of the service members and staffers at the Secret Service which has 6, 700 staffers do their jobs and profoundly so and will put their lives on the line to protect and serve this country. However, in everything and in any bureaucratic agency around the world big or small there is always going to be a few bad apples. The problem is this, these few bad apples in any given agency, are usually the ones who almost always, have the upper hand, why? we do not yet know, really. This scenario has to stop. It seem to me that the upper management of the Secret Service is just watching the agency slide down a inch at a time year after year; going into the pit and either don’t want to stop it or is unable to stop the train wreck. Who’s in Charge?
Recently, a few weeks ago, the Director of the Secret Service Julia Pierson, had to resign over allegations that she is sleeping on her watch, regarding several incidents that had taken place and continue to escalate this year alone. No doubt embarrassing the White House and the Agency itself. These incidents included most recent: War Vet. 1. Omar Gonzales-jumping the White House fence and got too close for comfort. 2. The President riding the elevator with an armed ex con, a known felon. 3. Tipsy Secret Service guards . 4. agents were sent to put out or quail-down a domestic dispute…taking away man power from the White House. 5. Agents leaked details of the President’s schedule to the Romney Campaign. 6. Agents argued with prostitutes in Colombia. And 6. agents drunkenness in Holland. These are only a few incidents that were reported and we know of.
This behavior at the Secret Service as been going on for a very long time years, in the making. The freighting thing is this, what other serious incidents are there that we know nothing about?. Some in the media are asking if sequestration caused the Secret Service behaviors. Others argued that long hours sitting around doing nothing is a factor; but, no, the job is what it is and they sored their royal oats to get it. So, what are they saying? According to reporter Mary Sanchez, “Cultural problems at the Secret Service runs deep,” (Are you kidding me).. cultural difference at any job/institute/organizations are always a problem but, this is not just any agency. Here, people should put difference aside and work together as a unit…..after all, we are talking about the President and his family….even if. Again, said reporter also noted that , “Culture eats strategy for lunch;” at the Secret Service….this is an outrage. Again, I call out, where is the leadership of upper management.
This kind of behavior, should not be tolerated and allowed to feed and embed itself inside such a prestige agency…..where does this leave us has a nation needing help to protect our Presidents? Here is the million-dollar question, Are we to believe that there are people inside the Secret Service , who really do not care about their Presidents? Or, is the agency a division like the NYPD, a candy store for takers…..really, is this how we want to actually look upon these institutions; I think not. In addition, whoever is in charge, better start taking charge. I believe that position goes to the Chair of the Secret Service, Rep. Darrell Issa. He better pay more attention and give more accounts has to what is really going on in that agency….one nation will stand with one accord. His first stop the issues…not races issues but, the agencies ‘ inclinations…root-seeded differences….and find out why it is so, and who’s or those that are pushing buttons ruffling feathers, in this case upper management. Next stop, clean house…like the Special Forces said…a few good men please. Need I say more.
