According to a press release from Consulate General of Jamaica W. I, the 55 Biennial Diaspora Conference will be staged in the capital of Kingston at the Jamaica Conference Centre on Sunday, July 23rd, to Wednesday, July 26th 2017. The recent official launch at Jamaica House unveiled that the program has been fully redesigned and re-branded to breathe new life into the structure of the conference. The Conference seeks to forge tangible alliances to stimulate investment in various sectors. The Conference’s theme “Partnering for Growth.”

In this regard, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Senator The Honourable Karnina Johnson Smith hosted a launch of the Conference in New York April 25, at the Consulate General office in New York.
