ARE WE THERE YET

Martin Luther King Jr. stated that he had a dream that all of Gods children will reach the promise land. He said I may not get there with you but I have seen the Promise Land. He was shortly thereafter assassinated. He is living on forever through his teachings. The question is: are we there yet and the answer is no.

We are no where near where we should be, since  the passing of this great Angel and it is ashamed that we have lost the baton-a gift that this mighty beacon, left for us as a guide to follow through to the Promise Land.

Although some of us have, seen fit to take up that cross, (the baton) so that the journey may continue, others have simply walked away move-on and left it behind.  People, all of us need to turn around and go back for that baton. We are in the midst of economic slavery,  especially the very poor the 99 percent. And although world leaders are saying that we are in an economic fast growth recovery, there is still much much more to be done. We are grateful and thankful that we have a President that didn’t back down and who is willing to fight for the cause.

Yes, the Promise Land is still a bit further away, until all of God’s children is ok, then we would have reached that Promise Land. The word is Love
