By:C. Harrison/7/15/2016 modified from 7/14/2016 from my notes Photos via Google untitled.pngtrump The idea of Donald Trump beating upon Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg a 80+ year old woman and The Washington Post saying she was in appropriate for making a statement and the New York Times, actually coming out in his defense in their editorial stating  that Trump was right is telling: Trump said its unprecedented that Ginsburg spoke out on the fact that he (Trump) shouldn’t become our President…. and that she is corrupt. First of all, both Trump, the Washington Post and the New York Times, who should’ve known better, with all due respect should’ve check the history books first.

Also, the argument Trump poses as well went as far as to say, “Ginsburg is a disgrace to the Supreme Court,” is outrageous; he said that about this Justices,’ who have serve her country most of her life and have ruled on far greater important issues than his head regarding this nation is a low down shame even for the Donald.

Pardon me, but when the late Justice Anthony Scalia, handed George W. Bush Jr. the Presidency on a platter served up with the finest herbs, back in the 2000-2003 era via even though the vote was given to the Supreme Court to be decided, we all knew that former Vice President Al Gore won—but Scalia played politics; what ‘s the difference now that Mrs. Ginsburg wants to give her opinion. So, what are we saying here, that Justice Ginsburg cannot speak her mind. Even though she is a Supreme Court Justice, Justice Ginsburg is a citizen of these United States and she has a right to speak out on what she believes.

Noting her, that Ginsburg is a member of the highest court in the land she is first again,  a citizen and a part of this nations populous and as such, she shouldn’t have had to apologize saying next time I will circumspect or I should’ve circumspect, to Donald Trump. This Justice have enough commonsense to know how to differentiate certain rules to do her judiciary service.

I don’t believe that Ginsburg would play favoritism if she had to reside over Donald Trump’s crimes and court proceedings. I believe that she would make her rulings according to the evidences in question.
