HIGH SCHOOL PROM DRESS FOR FREE
The When In Need Foundation, in partnership with Senator James Saunders Jt., is offering a once in a lifetime opportunity. Free Prom Dresses will be given to the first 100 high school grads that submit a written essay explaining their reason for entering this contest with their dress sizes. Dresses are available in small and plus sizes. Must enter to win.
