A reception marking the 40th Anniversary of the European Union in Canada was held Thursday, February 18th at the Rideau Club in Ottawa.  In attendance were Her Excellency Janice Miller, High Commissioner for Jamaica,  has the attention of the Honourable Justin Trudeau, Prime Minister of Canada, his Excellency Franz Liautaud, Dean of the CARICUM Diplomatic Corps, the Ambassador of Haiti, Mrs. Florence Saint Leger Liautaud and in the background His Excellency Kamrul Ahsan, High Commissioner for the People’s Republic of Bangladesh who is accredited to Jamaica.
